Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible
Partial & Non-Refundable Cases
Partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use or are returned incomplete. Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our end.
